Trying to Lose the Pregnancy Weight?

Let's be honest: losing any kind of weight sucks. Wouldn't it be lovely if we all reached adulthood at normal, healthy weights with good eating habits and regular exercise programs programmed into our brains? If we didn't crave, say, M&Ms, or fall back off the diet wagon again and again?

But baby weight? Is especially torturous. Because not only are you overtired, overwhelmed, and your whole world's gone upside down, but your favorite jeans are silently mocking you from the high shelf in the closet and the nonstop stress of new mommyhood is only made better by constant nourishment. Donuts, cupcakes and kettle chips work especially well...
